We are looking for licensed Optometrists who are passionate about delivering quality eye care and excellent patient experience in a retail environment.

Job Summary

Deliver quality eye care services through comprehensive eye examinations, vision correction, and patient education while supporting store operations and customer experience.

Available assignments:

• Vision Express SM Pampanga

• Vision Express SM Clark

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) graduate with a valid PRC license.

• Applicants with at least one (1) year of related retail experience are preferred. But newly licensed doctors are welcome to apply.

• Strong clinical knowledge in eye examinations and vision correction.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused and service-oriented.

• Willing to work in a retail environment including weekends and holidays.

• Willing to be assigned to different store locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and assess eye health.

• Diagnose vision conditions and prescribe appropriate vision correction.

• Prescribe and fit eyeglasses and contact lenses.

• Educate patients on proper eye care and preventive practices.

• Support store performance through customer engagement and product recommendations.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper care standards.

• Monitor contact lens inventory and support store operations.

• Ensure a professional and positive patient experience.
