The Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives for Vision Express. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Identify ATL and BTL marketing opportunities to help achieve sales objectives.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing content and promotional materials.
- Assist in executing brand activations, promotions, and product launch initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis and reports.
- Coordinate with trade partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of marketing activities.
- Secure required approvals from regulatory bodies such as DTI and ASC for promotional activities.
- Prepare marketing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure brand communications remain consistent with company and brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within retail or consumer brands.
- Strong skills in marketing communications, copywriting, and campaign coordination.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills for evaluating marketing performance.
- Good organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of retail marketing and brand management principles is an advantage.
- Work with a growing organization behind leading eyewear and lifestyle retail brands.
