We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant Manager to support our procurement operations and help drive cost-efficient purchasing, supplier management, and continuous process improvement.

Job Summary

Support the Purchasing Manager in overseeing procurement operations, vendor management, contract negotiations, and purchasing activities while ensuring cost-effective, timely, and compliant acquisition of goods and services.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office in Magallanes, Makati City.

• Preferably residing near Makati or nearby areas.

• Available to start ASAP.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain in a supervisory or similar role.

• Strong background in vendor management, strategic sourcing, procurement planning, and contract negotiation.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Microsoft Office.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement strategies and purchasing operations.

• Source, evaluate, accredit, and manage supplier performance.

• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors.

• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain accurate purchasing records.

• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
