We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead Vision Express SM Dasmariñas, drive sales performance, manage store operations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to be assigned to Vision Express SM Dasmariñas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• At least 5 years of retail/store management experience.

• Strong background in sales, store operations, inventory, and customer service.

• Proven leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Familiarity with POS and retail management systems.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve revenue and KPI targets

• Manage daily store operations, cash handling, inventory, and merchandising

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns

• Lead, coach, and develop store personnel

• Monitor store performance, expenses, and opportunities for business growth

• Execute promotions and maintain visual merchandising and brand standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
