Assistant Demand Planning Manager
Job Summary
The Assistant Demand Planning Manager supports demand forecasting and inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels across stores. The role analyzes sales data, market trends, and customer insights to align supply with business needs while supporting overall supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing demand forecasts using historical sales data, trends, and promotions
Support inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess or shortages
Monitor and track transfer orders and sales orders to ensure timely and accurate processing
Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to align demand plans and allocations
Analyze forecast vs. actual sales performance and identify areas for improvement
Prepare reports on demand accuracy, inventory performance, and planogram compliance
Maintain accurate documentation of forecasts, inventory plans, and supply data
Qualifications
Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or retail operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
