Job description:

We’re looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store performance. This role is responsible for managing daily operations, leading a sales-driven team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The Store Manager also oversees inventory, store compliance, visual merchandising, and financial management while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

  • Lead and motivate store teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

  • Manage day-to-day store operations including sales, inventory control, visual merchandising, and administrative tasks.

  • Handle customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Train, coach, and evaluate store employees.

  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to drive business performance.

  • Ensure store compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and back-office support teams.

  • Represent the brand with mall management, customers, and business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work in Sunglass Gallery Trinoma.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in retail store management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge in retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies.

  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

  • Willing to be assigned anywhere based on operational needs.
