Job Summary

Partner with business leaders to support hiring, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning across corporate and retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR partner for assigned business units, stores, or departments.

  • Provide guidance to department heads on HR concerns, staffing needs, and team management issues.

  • Conduct regular check-ins, store visits, and pulse checks to understand people challenges and recommend action plans.

  • Support performance discussions, coaching conversations, and development planning.

  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring and manpower planning requirements.

  • Assist in onboarding and assimilation programs to help new hires transition successfully.

  • Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and workplace culture.

  • Gather feedback from employees and recommend programs that improve morale and performance.

  • Assist in addressing employee relations concerns and ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards.

  • Monitor manpower movements, headcount status, and workforce planning requirements.

  • Prepare HR reports such as regularization updates, HR dashboards, and engagement reports.

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.

  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience/Generalist, preferably with exposure to HR business partnering, employee relations and Compensation and Benefits.

  • Experience supporting multi-department or multi-branch operations is an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence leaders and build trust with teams.

  • Proficient in HR reporting, documentation, and Excel-based monitoring.

  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.
